“Raina Atelier” was originally founded by graphic and textile artist Raina Gulija Lilliard in 2003.

With classic fine art training received at the Art Academy in Zagreb, Croatia where she originated from, Raina moved to London where she studied men’s bespoke tailoring and then ran family bespoke tailoring and high fashion business in London for many years.

After the first lockdown in 2020 and due to the ongoing world pandemic, Raina turned back to her art and the brand sprung back to life.

Inspired by the childhood summers spent on the beautiful Croatian sea coast, surrounded by the ancient olive groves, azure crystal clear sea, sunny blue skies and sound of crickets, listening to the waves crushing against the rocks and seagulls singing, “Raina Atelier“ collection of luxurious accessories, homeware and gifts are created featuring original hand printed pieces of graphic art inspired by the beauty of our natural world and its majestic, magical flora and fauna.  

Linocut designs and fabric pattern blocks are carved by hand and printed using unique multi-colour and metallic gradient printing technique, with eco friendly textile inks on luxurious cotton velvet and natural linen.

Family run and produced in small batches these considerate earth-friendly finds are created to bring individuality and uniqueness and with a hope that they will stimulate your spiritual life and mindful living.
