Estimated delivery time

We‘ll do our best to match the estimated delivery times, but can’t guarantee them. All orders will be sent by recorded delivery and we will provide the shipment number and shipment date.

Domestic – 1-3 working days £3.68

EU – 7-8 working days £8.95 (it may take up longer than 7-8 days to deliver to some EU countries). We will endeavour to send all shipments to EU countries from our German branch in order to avoid any issues that might be caused by Brexit rules.

Europe non-EU – estimated delivery time is 7-8 working days £9.95 (some non-EU countries have longer delivery times)

Returns & exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Dispatch items back within: 14 days of delivery

We don't accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

· Custom or personalised orders

· Digital downloads

· Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Product colour and care

All photographs are taken in daylight and we try to reflect the original colors as accurately as possible. But still, due to different computer monitor or phone screen settings, colors may be slightly different.

All the fabrics and motifs on them are hand painted and printed so the motif pattern might slightly vary, therefore not every item is exactly the same.

The fabrics are pre-washed at 30 or 60 degrees C and the finished products with hand painted and hand printed motifs can be gently hand washed or machine washed up to 30 degrees C.

Packaging

All products are beautifully presented in eco-friendly, recycled, compostable packaging, wrapped in acid free tissue paper and tied with a gorgeous grosgrain ribbon.

The products are suitable for vegans. All products are ethically produced, cruelty-free & free from parabens & palm oil.

The products are handmade and produced locally. It is of great importance to us that products don’t travel long distance and we do our utmost to reduce the carbon footprint.
